What is TillKiller?

The till for clubs that run themselves.

TillKiller is a point-of-sale and member-tab app for clubs and volunteer organisations. It runs on the tablet behind your bar and replaces the honesty book: members run a tab, cash nights are counted and reconciled, and stock is tracked — all in one place.

What it does

Rings up sales on a touch-friendly product grid.
Keeps a running tab for each member, with balances and statements.
Handles cash nights, club shouts, and account-only bars.
Tracks stock levels and flags low stock.
Gives the treasurer clean reports to reconcile from.

How it is organised

Everything belongs to your club. Each device signs in once to your club and stays connected. People — members, cashiers, managers and the owner — identify themselves with a short PIN when they use the device. The device sign-in decides which club the till belongs to; the PIN decides who is using it right now.
