Settings reference
A quick map of the Settings page.
Settings is grouped into sections. Use the search action at the top to jump straight to a setting by name.
- Tab charging & self-serve — PIN to charge a tab, self-serve options.
- Who can do what — which role is needed for sensitive actions.
- PINs — member PIN length and the grace window.
- Till — names on the activity log, balance on the till, idle timeout.
- Device — light or dark appearance for this bar.
- Sales — refunds and their limits.
- Inventory — soft or hard limits and the low-stock threshold.
- Integrations — accounting export (coming soon).
- Venue & account — rename the venue, sign the device out.
Who can change settingsBy default only owners can change settings. Others can open the page to read it, but the controls are disabled with a note explaining why.
