Adding and managing members

Add members, set roles and PINs, deactivate.

Members are the people your club serves and the people who run the till. You manage them from the Members tile on the launcher (owner access).

Adding a member

  1. Open Members from the launcher.
  2. Add a member with their name and role.
  3. Set a PIN if they will sign in (cashiers, managers, the owner) or use a tab with a PIN.

Deactivating

Members are never truly deleted — a tab is a financial record. Instead you deactivate a member, which hides them from the till and pickers while keeping their history intact.

Roles decide what people can do

A member’s role — member, cashier, manager or owner — controls what they can reach. See "Roles and permissions".
